Dairy free "alfredo sauce"


One can of coconut milk

3/4 cup of nutritional yeast flakes

1 cup of cashews

2 tsp of garlic or to taste

1 tbl of ghee or butter

salt and pepper to taste


Put a cup of cashews into a cup and cover with water. Soak at least an hour. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
