My family loves sauces. I make this frequently as it’s good on so many things.
I bunch of cilantro
1/2 cup of pistacios
1 tbl garlic
1-2 tbl of coconut aminos or soy sauce
Juice of half a lemon
1/2 tbl of ginger
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 tbl of brown sugar
1 1/2 cups of almond milk.
Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until creamy. Add more almond milk for desired consistency.
