I have a sweet tooth and need something sweet after meals. This is a way to sip something yummy and not get a sugar crash or eat cookies etc that will satisfy your sweet tooth! While the hot chocolate packets that are available in the stores are super yummy, they are filled with sugar! Here’s my daily recipe!
1 TBL. baking cocoa- my favorite is Guittard. Ghirdelli is also great.
Hot water or hot almond/cashew milk
Put all in the blender until mixed and enjoy! If you use hot water, I always add some non dairy creamer to it. This makes it a bit more creamy!
