Peanut Sauce

We love peanut sauce but not how many calories or fat that it has in it. I could eat a whole meals worth of calories just in the sauce. Here’s a lighter version…

4 servings powdered peanut or almond butter

Juice of half a lemon

1 cups of water/almond milk

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1 tbl coconut aminos or soy sauce

2 tbl of brown sugar

dash of salt

Put all ingredients in the blender until smooth. Add more water for desired texture. Enjoy!
